Texas High School Softball - MacArthur bounces Jefferson

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the MacArthur Brahmas (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Jefferson Mustangs (San Antonio, TX), witnessed MacArthur's softball squad prevail over Jefferson by a count of 12-1.

The Brahmas now sport a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lanier for a 5A Region IV District 27 match on Tuesday, April 11. MacArthur will meet a Voks squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Burbank (San Antonio, TX). The Voks record now stands at 1-10.

With the loss, Jefferson moves to 6-14 on the season. The Mustangs host Brackenridge (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Eagles in a 5A Region IV District 27 match on Tuesday, April 11. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 4-17.
