Loma Linda Academy Roadrunners (Loma Linda, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA), 21-9 in a non-league challenge.

The Roadrunners now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Public Safety Academy for a Victory challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Loma Linda Academy will battle a Phoenix squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Mesa Grande Academy (Calimesa, CA). The Phoenix record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Saddleback falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Roadrunners host Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA) to battle the Firewolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. The Firewolves enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Samueli Academy lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Western Christian (Upland, CA)
