The Spring Lions softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting MacArthur Generals to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Spring moves its record to 18-8 on the year. The Lions travel to Dekaney (Houston, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a 6A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, April 11. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 5-9. Dekaney lost 22-6 in their recent league game against Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX)

In their next game, the Generals clash with the Westfield Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 game, on Wednesday, April 12. MacArthur will attempt to move on its 15-12 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 1-13 record after their 24-14 league loss to Nimitz (Houston, TX).
