In Monday's league outing, the host Mundelein Mustangs softball team scored a close 11-10 win over the Stevenson Patriots.

Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a North Suburban outing, on Tuesday, April 11. Mundelein will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a 4-1 record after their 6-1 league win over Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL).

The Patriots (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL). The Scouts enter the North Suburban outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Lake Forest was tipped by Zion-Benton (Zion, IL), 17-7, in a league outing.
