The Rockbridge County Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Staunton Storm to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Rockbridge County improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA) to clash with the Blue Streaks in a Valley game on Tuesday, April 11. The Blue Streaks come into the game with a record of 3-5. Harrisonburg lost 6-3 in their recent non-league game against Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA)

In their next game, the Storm clash with the Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 12. Staunton will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
