The Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy Phoenix crushed the host Academy of Aerospace and Engineering Jets baseball team by a count of 16-5 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Phoenix now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weaver for a Capital Region Athletic bout on Friday, April 12.

Next, the Jets face the Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 12. Academy of Aerospace and Engineering will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
