The Riverheads Gladiators baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Central Woodstock Falcons to 0 in the Gladiators non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Gladiators (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants go into the Shenandoah match with a 6-4 record. In their last match, Waynesboro was overwhelmed by Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 4-3, in a league match.
The Falcons (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Clarke County (Berryville, VA). The Eagles go into the Bull Run match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Clarke County tipped Luray (Luray, VA), 8-4, in a league match.
