El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA), 2-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Vaqueros battle the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 12. El Capitan will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Foothillers come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to West Hills (Santee, CA).

With the loss, Mount Miguel drops to 0-3 on the campaign.
