The Chavez Eagles volleyball team (San Fernando, CA), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the visiting Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA)

The Lancers (20-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Monroe (North Hills, CA). The Vikings enter the East Valley challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Monroe defeated Arleta (Arleta, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) in a East Valley challenge, on Friday, April 12. Chavez will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA).
