Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI), 16-0 in a non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Troy for a non-league test on Friday, April 12. Lakeland will face a Colts squad coming off a 17-6 non-league loss to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Colts record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Captains face the Howell Highlanders (Howell, MI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 11. Kettering will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Highlanders come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI).
