In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Seaforth Hawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-7 victory over the Riverside-Durham Pirates.

The Hawks now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary Academy for a non-league test on Monday, April 15. Seaforth will face a Chargers squad coming off a 11-8 league win over St. David's (Raleigh, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 3-6.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC) in a DC 6/N. Lakes Athletic/Central/Mid-Carolina test, on Friday, April 12. Riverside-Durham will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Jaguars come into the test with a 1-9 record after their 20-4 league loss to Northwood (Pittsboro, NC).
