In Wednesday's non-league battle, the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC), by a count of 14-7.

Coming up next, the Warriors clash with the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a 4A battle, on Friday, April 12. Waccamaw will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 3-9 record after their 7-6 league win over Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC).

The Braves now own a 6-10 record.
