In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Manteo Redskins soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the Camden County Bruins.
The Redskins (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Aces go into the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Holmes was overwhelmed by D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC), 10-1, in a non-league battle.
The Bruins (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Panthers go into the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Pasquotank County was overwhelmed by Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC), 6-1, in a league battle.
