The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC) and the visiting Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC), saw Providence Grove's soccer squad triumph over Eastern Randolph by a count of 9-0.

The Patriots now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wheatmore for a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A test on Monday, April 15. Providence Grove will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Eastern Randolph drops to 1-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Trinity (Trinity, NC) to meet the Bulldogs in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A test on Monday, April 15. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-7. Trinity won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against South Davidson (Denton, NC)
