In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Lee County Yellow Jackets soccer squad scored a good 11-2 triumph over the Triton Hawks.
The Yellow Jackets (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Vikings come into the Sandhills 3A/4A battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Union Pines thwarted Richmond (Rockingham, NC), 4-3, in a league battle.
The Hawks (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Trojans come into the All American 3A/4A battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Pine Forest was overwhelmed by Triton (Erwin, NC), 2-0, in a league battle.
