The Gig Harbor Tides crushed the host Timberline Blazers baseball team by a count of 7-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Tides now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host O'Dea for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 13. Gig Harbor will face a Fighting Irish team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Ballard (Seattle, WA). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 3-2.
The Blazers (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Central Kitsap was overwhelmed by North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA), 5-1, in a non-league match.
