Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Narragansett can't get by Mt. Hope

In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Narragansett Mariners.
The Huskies now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ponaganset for a Division 3 test on Friday, April 12. Mt. Hope will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 10-5 league loss to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Chieftains record now stands at 0-3.
In their next game, the Mariners face the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a Division 3 test, on Friday, April 12. Narragansett will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 9-8 league win over Smithfield (Esmond, RI).
