CARLSBAD USED THEIR ONLY 2 HITS OF THE GAME TO SCORE A 1ST INNING RUN AND THAT WAS ALL THE SCORING IN THE CONTEST IN A GREAT PITCHERS DUEL. SENIOR GEORGIA BILSKI (DARTMOUTH) WAS BRILLIANT IN THE CIRCLE THROWING A COMPLETE GAME 2 HITTER WITH 6 STRIKE OUTS FOR THE HARD LUCK FALCONS. SOPHOMORES SARA MIHALINEC AND REAGAN CULLIVAN GOT THE ONLY 2 HITS FOR THE FALCONS WHO DROPPED TO 12-3-2 OVERALL AND 0-1 IN THE 8 GAME LEAGUE SEASON. THE LANCERS IMPROVED TO 9-7 OVERALL AND 1-0 IN THE NORTH COUNTY COASTAL LEAGUE.
