England Lions (England, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Joseph Bulldogs (Conway, AR), 14-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bigelow for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10.

With the loss, St. Joseph falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Baptist Prep (Little Rock, AR) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 7-10.
