Ohio High School Softball - Perry bounces Geneva

April 10, 2024: Perry, OH 44081

Perry Pirates (Perry, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Geneva Eagles (Geneva, OH), 10-4 in a league challenge.

The Pirates now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Conneaut for a Chagrin Valley - Lake challenge on Saturday, April 13. Perry will face a Spartans squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Geneva falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Madison (Madison, OH) to face the Blue Streaks in a Chagrin Valley - Lake challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Blue Streaks enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
