The South Columbus Stallions routed the host Green Sea Floyds Trojans softball squad by a count of 10-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Stallions (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC). The Vikings go into the Waccamaw 1A/2A battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, West Columbus was routed by South Columbus (Tabor City, NC), 20-0, in a league battle.

The Trojans now sport a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Lake View for a A Region 6 battle on Friday, April 12. Green Sea Floyds will meet a Wild Gators squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Latta (Latta, SC). The Wild Gators record now stands at 2-1.
