The South Albany Redhawks softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host McKay Royal Scots to 3 in the Redhawks league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, South Albany improves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Redhawks host Silverton (Silverton, OR) to clash with the Foxes in a 5A Mid-Willamette game on Friday, April 12. The Foxes come into the game with a record of 9-2. Silverton won 8-0 in their recent league game against Central (Independence, OR)

In their next game, the Royal Scots clash with the Dallas Dragons (Dallas, OR) in a 5A Mid-Willamette game, on Friday, April 12. McKay will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Dragons come into the game with a 10-0 record after their 17-1 league win over Crescent Valley (Corvallis, OR).
