Ohio High School Softball - Rock Hill bounces South Point

Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting South Point Pointers (South Point, OH), 12-5 in a league challenge.

The Redmen now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairland for a Ohio Valley challenge on Friday, April 12.

With the loss, South Point falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Pointers travel to Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Lewis County lost 5-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY)
