The St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks got by the visiting Woodmore Wildcats softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Crimson Streaks (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Danbury (Lakeside, OH). The Lakers go into the Sandusky Bay - River battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Danbury nudged Old Fort (Old Fort, OH), 9-2, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Margaretta for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 11. Woodmore will meet a Polar Bears squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 5-4.
