Spectators at Thursday's league challenge between the Carlisle Bison (Carlisle, AR) and the host Barton Bears (Lexa, AR), witnessed Carlisle's baseball team knock off Barton by a count of 16-0.

The Bison now own a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they host Barton for a 2A Region 6 challenge on Thursday, April 10. Carlisle will clash with a Bears team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to White County Central (Judsonia, AR). The Bears record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Barton drops to 3-6 on the year. The Bears travel to Carlisle (Carlisle, AR) to clash with the Bison in a 2A Region 6 challenge on Thursday, April 10.
