The Kingman Eagles baseball team scored 24 runs and held the host Belle Plaine Dragons to 1 in the Eagles league win on Thursday.
The Eagles now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Conway Springs for a Central Plains test on Thursday, April 17. Kingman will play a Cardinals team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Cedar Vale (Cedar Vale, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, Belle Plaine drops to 0-10 on the year. The Dragons travel to Douglass (Douglass, KS) to play the Bulldogs in a Central Plains test on Thursday, April 17. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 4-3.
