The Coalgate Wildcats baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Kiowa Cowboys to 2 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats now hold a 10-10 record. They take the field next when they host Battiest for a non-league test on Monday, April 14.
With the defeat, Kiowa drops to 7-5 on the year. The Cowboys host Hartshorne (Hartshorne, OK) to play the Miners in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Miners go into the test with a record of 5-10. Hartshorne lost 12-3 in their recent non-league test against Stigler (Stigler, OK)
