The Flinthills Mustangs baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Eureka Tornadoes to 2 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a South Central Border game on Monday, April 14. Flinthills will play a Raiders team coming off a 19-1 league loss to Oxford (Oxford, KS). The Raiders record now stands at 1-4.

Next, the Tornadoes play the Humboldt Cubs (Humboldt, KS) in a Tri-Valley game, on Tuesday, April 15. Eureka will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Cubs go into the game with a 7-2 record after their 17-0 league win over Fredonia (Fredonia, KS).
