Texas High School Baseball - Liberty-Eylau nips Pleasant Grove

The Liberty-Eylau Leopards baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Pleasant Grove Hawks to 2 in the Leopards non-league win on Thursday.
The Leopards now own a 22-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Atlanta for a 3A Region II District 14 test on Friday, April 11. Liberty-Eylau will clash with a Rabbits team coming off a 7-3 league win over Hooks (Hooks, TX). The Rabbits record now stands at 13-6.
With the defeat, Pleasant Grove drops to 23-2 on the year. The Hawks host Carthage (Carthage, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 8-11.
