The New Utrecht Utes (Brooklyn, NY) baseball got by the host Port Richmond Raiders (Staten Island, NY), 6-5 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Utes now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host CSI International Studies for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22.
With the defeat, Port Richmond drops to 4-2 on the year. The Raiders host New Dorp (Staten Island, NY) to clash with the Central Cougars in a PSAL Staten Island A challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Central Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 6-2.
