In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Wakefield Country Day Owls.
The Stars (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Highland View Academy (Hagerstown, MD). The go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record.
Next up, the Owls play the Quantico Warriors (Quantico, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 21. Wakefield Country Day will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record.
