The South View Tigers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Gray's Creek Bears to 5 in the Tigers non-league win on Thursday.

The Tigers now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Fear for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. South View will play a Colts team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Colts record now stands at 13-1.

With the defeat, Gray's Creek drops to 5-6 on the year. The Bears travel to Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22.
