Virginia High School Lacrosse - North Cross The Covenant

In Thursday's league contest, the host North Cross Raiders lacrosse squad scored a tight 18-15 win over the The Covenant Eagles.

The Raiders (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC). The Furies enter the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Forsyth Country Day nipped Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC), 15-9, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Eagles meet the Veritas School Lions (Richmond, VA) in a VISAA Division 2 contest, on Monday, April 14. The Covenant will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 4-3 record after their 17-4 league loss to Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA).
