California High School Softball - Antelope McClatchy

McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Antelope Titans (Antelope, CA), 7-1 in a league game.

With the triumph, McClatchy improves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Lions host Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA) to play the Lancers in a Metropolitan Conference game on Tuesday, April 22. The Lancers enter the game with a record of 4-7. Cordova lost 20-0 in their recent league game against West Park (Roseville, CA)

The Titans now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Las Plumas for a non-league game on Monday, April 14. Antelope will play a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 26-0 league win over Oroville (Oroville, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 17-1.
