The Morris Hills Knights triumphed over the visiting Chatham Cougars softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Knights meet the Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 11. Morris Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 9-7 league win over Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ).
The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ). The Rangers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Wallkill Valley overcame Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 18-4, in a league challenge.
