In Thursday's non-league test, the Shenendehowa Plainsmen (Clifton Park, NY) softball squad got by the host Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY), by a tally of 3-2.

Next, the Plainsmen clash with the Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) in a non-league test, on Sunday, April 13. Shenendehowa will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Black Knights go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Fayetteville-Manlius (Manlius, NY).

The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Wolfpack go into the Section 2 Suburban - Blue test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Colonie Central held off Queensbury (Queensbury, NY), 10-1, in a non-league test.
