Alabama High School Softball - Curry bounces Fayette County

The Curry Yellowjackets softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Fayette County Tigers to 0 in the Yellowjackets league win on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now possess a 35-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakman for a non-league battle on Friday, April 11. Curry will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 9-8 non-league win over Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-16.
With the loss, Fayette County moves to 7-16 on the season. The Tigers travel to Pickens Academy (Carrollton, AL) to confront the Pirates in a non-league battle on Friday, April 11. The Pirates come into the battle with a record of 6-10. Pickens Academy lost 5-4 in their recent league battle against Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL)
