In Thursday's league test, the Gardner Wildcats (Gardner, MA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Quabbin Regional Panthers (Barre, MA), by a count of 11-6.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Tahanto Regional Stags (Boylston, MA) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 11. Gardner will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Stags go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 7-6 league loss to Maynard (Maynard, MA).

The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Clinton (Clinton, MA). The Gaels go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Clinton held off Littleton (Littleton, MA), 14-4, in a non-league test.
