Michigan High School Softball - Ludington bested by Grant

The Grant Tigers triumphed over the visiting Ludington Orioles softball squad by a count of 14-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) in a Central State Activities Association-Gold challenge, on Monday, April 14. Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 19-3 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, MI).

The Orioles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Waverly (Lansing, MI). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Waverly overcame Jackson (Jackson, MI), 16-0, in a non-league challenge.
