The Johnson Crusaders triumphed over the visiting Westfield Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Crusaders meet the Brearley Bears (Kenilworth, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Johnson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 14-11 non-league loss to Cranford (Cranford, NJ).
The Blue Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Summit (Summit, NJ). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record.
