The Ridge Red Devil triumphed over the host Montgomery Cougars softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Devil play the Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers (Bridgewater, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ).
The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against STEMCivics (Ewing, NJ). The enter the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, STEMCivics was routed by Palmyra (Palmyra, NJ), 21-0, in a non-league challenge.
