West Lutheran Warriors (Plymouth, MN) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN), 13-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, West Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Warriors host New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN) to play the Eagles in a Minnesota Christian game on Thursday, April 10. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Huskies now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Agnes for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 16. North Lakes Academy will play a Aggies squad coming off a 12-3 league win over Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Aggies record now stands at 4-0.
