The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS) and the host Yazoo City Indians (Yazoo City, MS), observed Riverside's softball team prevail over Yazoo City by a tally of 15-2.

The Bulldogs (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 8-9 record. In their last bout, Warren Central knocked off Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS), 10-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Raymond Rangers (Raymond, MS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 11. Yazoo City will attempt to advance on its 5-15 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Natchez (Natchez, MS).
