In Friday's non-league game, the host Manton Rangers baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Coleman Comets.
The Rangers (4-0) will now prepare for their game against St. Francis (Traverse City, MI). The Gladiators go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, St. Francis knocked off Kingsley (Kingsley, MI), 10-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Comets play the Vestaburg Wolverines (Vestaburg, MI) in a Mid-State game, on Monday, April 13. Coleman will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
