Illinois High School Softball - Lockport bounces Stagg

April 10, 2026: Palos Hills, IL 60465

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) and the host Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL), observed Lockport's softball team prevail over Stagg by a tally of 21-3.

The Porters (10-4) will now prepare for their bout against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Storm go into the non-league bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, South Elgin knocked off Aurora East (Aurora, IL), 24-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 13. Stagg will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 15-0 league loss to Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL).
