The East Columbus Gators baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Pender Patriots to 3 in the Gators league victory on Monday.
The Gators (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Patriots go into the Waccamaw 1A/2A match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Pender was overwhelmed by East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 16-3, in a league match.
