The Shelton Gaels topped the visiting Hand Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Gaels now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Darien for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 13. Shelton will confront a Blue Wave team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cheshire (Cheshire, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 3-0.

The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Xavier (Middletown, CT). The Falcons enter the South-West test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Xavier gained a win over Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT), 3-2, in a non-league test.
