Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Washington Panthers (Washington, IL), 11-9 in a league battle.
The Ironmen now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to O'Fallon for a Southwestern battle on Saturday, April 16.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Plainfield Co-op Cheetahs (Plainfield, IL) in a Southwestern battle, on Friday, April 15. Washington will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Cheetahs come into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 11-6 non-league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL).
