Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC), 13-4 in a league battle.

The Spartans now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Cuthbertson for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle on Wednesday, April 13. Sun Valley will clash with a Cavaliers squad coming off a 13-5 league win over Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-7.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle, on Monday, April 25. Porter Ridge will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record.
