The Currituck County Knights soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Holmes Aces to 0 in the Knights league victory on Monday.

Next, the Knights face the Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A contest, on Wednesday, April 13. Currituck County will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 1-8 record after their 9-0 league loss to Manteo (Manteo, NC).

The Aces now have a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host First Flight for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A contest on Wednesday, April 13. Holmes will face a Nighthawks team coming off a 9-0 league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 8-3.
